What are the opening hours?

Our office opening hours are from 10AM – 5PM, Tuesday to Saturday. Our studios are open beyond these hours, especially in the evenings and all day Saturday and Sunday via appointment only.

Is there anywhere to park near the studio?

Yes there is. Four doors down from our studio is a pub called the Roman Urn. There is a side street called Albury Ride, which is alongside to the Roman Urn pub. There should be adequate parking at all times down this road.

Can I bring my motorbike to the photo shoot?

If we can get it through the doors we would love you to bring it in! Basically, we are happy to.

How many photos do you take and how long is a session?

We generally take around 100 images during a one hour session. From those 100 images around 30 images are selected and then cleaned up and personally designed for you. During your viewing you will be treated to a slide show of these images for you to make your selection from.

Will there be anywhere for us to change clothes?

Yes. It is a good idea to bring a change of clothes as you can potentially get two sessions for the price of one. For young children especially, a change of clothes helps as accidents do happen.

Why do you need my credit card details?

Just like booking a hotel room, this is a standard requirement. No funds shall be taken from your card at this time. Please see our cancellation policy below.

What can you do that I can’t do at home?

Our staff are all professionals.All our photographers are qualified members of the British Institute of Professional Photography, and have been selected and trained directly by Ray Lowe. As we say in our advertising, ‘Award Winning Photography At Its Best’.

How long does the viewing last?

A viewing generally lasts about an hour.

Do I need to bring my voucher with me?

Yes you do. Your voucher entitles you to a substantial discount on your order.

What should I bring to the viewing?

Please bring your partner and any other family members. Full payment is required when you place an order, we accept payment by credit card, cheque, credit and cash.Please see directly below.

Can I pay by credit?

Yes you may. Please speak with our sales staff during your viewing for further details.

Can I bring my children along to the viewing?

We recommend parents not to bring their young children between the ages of 1 and 7 into the viewing room. We have a lot of furniture with sharp corners and expensive equipment in the room, also young children can get tired very quickly during an hours viewing.

Can I view my images when I come in for my session?

Unfortunately not. We are a very professional studio and finish the images to a very high standard. Once your images have been taken, they are then cleaned up and designed into unique photographic designs especially for you, and this takes time.

What if someone is sick and I have to cancel?

If someone in your group is sick, we still require as much notice as possible. To reschedule for free, 5 working days notice is required. A cancellation fee of £50 will be charged in all other circumstances, however as a goodwill gesture, this money can be used as credit when you finally do come in to view your session.

When will my portraits be ready?

Generally, your order will take around six weeks from your order date.

How long do you keep the images on file for?

The images you order are kept on file for 6 months, while the rest of the order is kept up to 3 months.

What if my relatives would like to order images too?

Yes, that’s fine. However, as we do take a lot of images of children, we shall need to double check with the parents that the order may go ahead.

When can we come back in?

You may come back in at any time, and as children grow up so quickly, it is also a good idea to do so. To get the most out of your time, money and children however, we recommend you come back to see us every two or three years. Households are limited to use one voucher per family per year. Without a voucher, our studio fee is £50 per hour and £25 per hour per viewing.

Tell me about your Customer Recommendation Scheme?

A great way to receive all the prints you wanted but couldn’t afford to purchase all at once is to join our customer recommendation scheme. This offer is only available to customers who have purchased a web gallery of their studio session. When you recommend a friend or relative to us and they come in and have a session with us you will receive a ‘credit’ towards additional images.from your session.
