We are open almost 365 days of the year (apart from Christmas and Bank Holidays of course!) but we are open 7 days a week. Every now and then we are allowed to leave the office and spend some time enjoying ourselves! On Monday we had a day out of the office to do just that but it was an educational day. The aim of our day out was to experience different types of customer service  - with the added bonus of a wonderful afternoon tea!

At the studio we aim to offer and pride ourselves on exceptional customer service. It is something we are passionate about because it makes such a difference to our customers experience at the studio. So we set off in search of top customer service at a 5 star hotel in London, and whilst the whole experience was wonderful the customer service left a lot to be desired. Everything was as it should have been but we found that the staff could have been more attentive to our needs and had just that little bit more personality  - but how will they learn this without feedback?

Which is what we ask for from our customers as much as we can. We love getting a great review on social media or a card through the post (yes this still happens occasionally) because how else will we learn? We want to be able to offer our customers exactly what they want and whilst we can take a pretty good guess we need to be told every once in a while. So, if you have something to share with us please do so – we would love to hear from you.

Now excuse me whilst i go and write a review to the hotel in question to help them improve too….
